Our
Story
It all started with a small desire.
In 2018, exhausted from life in Japan, I arrived in the Mediterranean country of Türkiye.
Two encounters changed my life:
The first was with people fleeing from war in neighboring Syria.
Over time, I found myself truly wanting to help these people, who treated me with kindness and smiles, expecting nothing in return.
The second encounter was with a drink known locally as pistachio coffee.
By blending rare native pistachios with domestically produced Japanese brown sugar, we created a syrup that is kind to both the world and its people.
A product that connects the people of Türkiye and Syria, and the world, including Japan.
That is BROWN PISTACHIO.
